Known for her ability to grasp issues quickly and work diligently on problem solving, Reeva is a trusted legal advisor to a variety of corporate clients, insurers, landlords, utilities and lenders. 

With an extensive background in mortgage enforcement, commercial list matters, real estate litigation (including title coverage issues), and significant court experience (including applications, trials and appeals), Reeva has both the litigation knowledge and business acumen to understand her client’s goals and deliver results.

  • Conducted a 17 week trial regarding issues related to the electricity distribution system

  • Conducted arbitration regarding business dispute

  • Successful in Divisional Court appeal regarding interpretation of conditions of service for a utility
