Rob is developing a broad corporate commercial practice focused on corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial leasing and general corporate matters. Rob provides strategic corporate and business law advice to a broad range of clients including large and medium corporations, family businesses and startups, financial institutions, and commercial landlords and tenants.
Rob brings a strong business acumen as well as a unique perspective and ability to address clients’ problems from both a legal and commercially practical perspective. Rob is known for his attention to detail, strong communication and effective problem solving skills.
At law school, Rob received the Law Society of Upper Canada prize awarded to the top fifteen students in their graduating class. He also graduated with distinction from the Ivey School of Business.
