 Overview

Summer is developing a comprehensive commercial litigation practice and building on her experience in a variety of litigation matters, including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, construction liens and commercial leases. She also brings valuable experience gained from supporting counsel at tribunals and court proceedings.

In law school, Summer worked as a research assistant. She helped develop content for several publications, including the Annotated Ontario Personal Property Security Act, Canadian Commercial Reorganization, and Innovative Dispute Resolution. She honed her advocacy skills by participating in moot court competitions and represented her law school at the Davies Corporate and Securities Moot where her team received the award for third-place best factum. Summer volunteered with Pro Bono Student Canada.

She is a fluent Mandarin speaker.
