Tyler is a passionate litigator with a developing insurance litigation practice. He has developed valuable insight into the insurance litigation process and his clients benefit from this specialized expertise.
Tyler’s practice is focused on occupiers’ liability, professional negligence, personal injury, product liability, property damage claims, municipal liability and construction law. He has frequently appeared before the Superior Court of Justice.
During law school, Tyler excelled in competitive mooting. He was awarded “Top Oralist” in his first year and went on to win the Lerners Cup mooting competition in his second year. Tyler also acted as Co-President of the Social Orientation Committee and was an active member of the Woman’s Legal Education and Action Fund (“LEAF”) throughout his tenure at Windsor Law.
