The transaction, which closed on April 30, 2020, was a share offering for an aggregate of 7,171,400 common shares of the Company at a price of $0.10 per share. The shares of Trillium commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange on May 5, 2020 under the stock symbol TCK.P.
