On April 20th, Chad Kopach will be speaking at the Construction Adjudication Prompt Payment Symposium Alberta. He will be speaking at a session entitled, "Getting Ready for Adjudication - Lessons Learned: Ontario & International Perspectives".
As a certified ODACC adjudicator, and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Construction Law, Chad will provide an update on the status of Construction Adjudication in Ontario.
