On February 4, Chad Kopach will be speaking at the "Building Under the New Construction Act" conference hosted by the Ontario Bar Association's Institute.
As a certified ODACC adjudicator, and a Law Society of Ontario Certified Specialist in Construction Law, Chad will be discussing the decision maker's perspective on the new changes to the Act, how the new Act has changed what they see, how adjudication is dovetailing with litigation to date, and what courts are expecting to see over time with adjudication in place.
