On January 22, 2014, Andrea Rush will participate in the Law Society of Ontario’s CPD Program, 19th Annual Intellectual Property Law: The Year In Review. As program chair, Rush will provide the opening remarks and participate as moderator to the sessions, “Legislative and Consultative IP Initiatives,” and, “The Interface of IP Rights with Insolvency and Competition Law, and Tips and Traps for International Registrations in Canada.”
