Nima is a litigator with experience handling a broad range of civil disputes and representing clients through all stages of the litigation process. His practice has involved complex liability matters, strategic risk assessment, advocacy before courts and tribunals, and the resolution of high-exposure claims through negotiation, motion practice, and trial.
Prior to being called to the Ontario Bar, Nima practised civil litigation in New York, representing insurers, businesses, and individuals in personal injury, occupiers’ liability, construction accident, motor vehicle accident, professional negligence, and commercial dispute matters. He handled all aspects of litigation, including investigations, pleadings, discovery, witness examinations, motion practice, mediation, trial, and appeal.
