Sundeep’s transactional practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, financing, and corporate reorganizations. She also negotiates commercial agreements. Sundeep advises a wide-range of public and private clients, from small entrepreneurial companies to large institutions across various industries, including: aerospace, software, advertising, manufacturing, and consulting.

Sundeep is leading the way for change within the legal industry by promoting inclusiveness and diversity initiatives as Blaney’s ‘Firm Representative’ in the Law Firms for Diversity & Inclusion Network program and as Chair of its Diversity and Inclusion Committee, and through her active role in the South Asian Bar Association (SABA) North America, in which she is Immediate Past President of the Executive team and a member of its National Advisory Committee. She is also a board member of Pink Attitude; an organization committed to assisting South Asian women achieve their full potential in their chosen endeavour.
